Printing in black & white
This guide will help any staff member who is having trouble printing in black and white. This is an occurrence with newer staff and hopefully this guide helps those now or in the future.
1. Find the document that you want to print and click on Printer Properties before you print. This may look different if you're printing from other applications, in this example we used Microsoft Word but in other applications like Excel or Chrome you should still get a Printer Properties selection.

2. There will be a drop down menu under the Xerox Black and White tab, in that drop down select "on" this will change the settings to use black and white ink and not prompt you for a budget code.

3. After doing this a few times you might be prompted to save the settings in the top left corner. If you are frequently printing in black and white then I suggest saving the settings so you don't have to constantly be going back and forth.

4. Once the above steps are complete you should be able to print freely to the selected Xerox printer.
